Intake Appointment:  $165
Couples Couseling/Family Therapy Session: $145
Individual Therapy Session: $125
 

Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan.   If you are unsure whether your insurance will cover services, feel free to contact me and provide your information,  and we can determine if your plan will cover all or part of your care.  I am currently a member of the following health insurance networks: Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, Tricare, MHN, PCPS, Multiplan, Celticare/Cenpatico, Coventry/First Health, Cigna, Neighborhood Health Plan, Boston Medical Center HealthNet (BMC), and Network Health.  If your network is not on this list, let me know and I can work with you to determine what your plan covers when working with out of network providers.

When providing insurance information prior to your first appointment, please have the following information available:

-Subscriber Name and Date of Birth
-Subscriber Address
-Insurance Company
-Policy Number
 
Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards (Mastercard, Visa and American Express) are accepted.  Please note that all co-pays are due at the time of your appointment.

Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please contact me 24 hours prior to the appointment to let me know and discuss rescheduling.  If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, or  you provide less than 24  hours notice, you may be required to pay for the full cost of the appointment.
